Raw Material Selection and Pre-treatment

Thread Details The Flat Head Machine Screw utilizes high-precision rolling technology, with a standard triangular tooth profile and a pitch tolerance of ≤0.005mm. The meshing clearance with the nut is controlled within 0.01mm, ensuring smooth installation and excellent tightening. The thread surface is free of burrs and broken teeth, guaranteeing long-term stability.
Screw Body Details The screw body has a smooth surface, free of scratches and oxide layers. The length tolerance is controlled within ±0.02mm, adapting to mounting holes of different depths. The transition between the screw body and the head is stepless, reducing stress concentration during installation and extending the Thin Flat Head Screw's lifespan.
