1. Relay Core
Made from electrically pure iron cold-rolled steel (China model No. DT4E/DT4C), combined with advanced heat treatment and demagnetization processes to ensure low coercivity and stable magnetic properties.
Features:
Excellent electromagnetic properties: low coercivity, high permeability, and high saturation magnetic induction;
Stable magnetic properties, no magnetic aging;
Dense and uniform internal structure, low porosity, and carbon content;
Suitable for cold processing such as precision stamping, cutting, and bending.
Yoke & Armature
Made from the same electrically pure iron material, complex structures are formed through high-precision stamping, CNC machining, or hot forging, providing a reliable magnetic flux path and mechanical support.
High dimensional accuracy, with plate thickness ≤1.5mm and tolerance ≤±0.03mm.


Excellent surface quality, easy to weld, and electroplating
Suitable for high-frequency, high-power switching, and fast-response relay applications.
Moving Contact Terminal
Beryllium copper is available, providing excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical flexibility.

1. Relay Core
Material Selection:
Electrician Pure Iron Cold Rolled Steel (DT4E / DT4C) is used. This material has extremely low coercivity and excellent magnetic permeability, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-response relays.
Key Processing and Parameters:
Heat Treatment: High-temperature annealing for stress and coercivity relief;
Surface Treatment: Copper plating, nickel plating, or original color can be selected as required.
Thickness Tolerance: ≤ ±0.03 mm;
Processing Performance: Suitable for stamping, cutting, bending, and fine turning;
Features: Stable magnetic properties, low carbon content, dense structure, and no magnetic aging.

2. Yoke & Armature
Material Selection:
The same material as the core-DT4E/DT4C electrical pure iron ensures magnetic circuit consistency and response efficiency.
Main Process and Parameters:
Molding Process: High-precision stamping, CNC machining, or hot forging;
Sheet Thickness Range: ≤ 1.5 mm;
Dimensional Tolerance: ≤ ±0.03 mm;
Surface Treatment: Annealing for demagnetization, nickel plating, or rust-proofing;
Features: High dimensional accuracy, excellent welding and plating performance, and a continuous and reliable magnetic flux path.

3. Moving Contact Terminal
Material Selection:
Using Beryllium Copper (CuBe2) or a highly elastic copper alloy, it combines excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical resilience, making it suitable for frequent switching environments.
Key Processes and Parameters:
Heat Treatment: Solution treatment and aging treatment to enhance elasticity and fatigue resistance.
Surface Treatment: Copper plating, nickel plating on undercoat copper, and silver protective coating;
Conductivity: ≥ 20% IACS;
Elastic Recovery: ≥ 95%;
Customization: Customizable to meet customer specifications in various sizes, thicknesses, and end configurations.
