Red Copper Stamping Parts
Based on Red Copper T2/Y2, these parts utilize high-precision stamping and surface plating processes, resulting in excellent electrical conductivity and fatigue resistance.
Product Features:

High conductivity and good plasticity, suitable for high-current-carrying terminals;

High stamping precision and stable deformation control;

Optional surface treatments include passivation treatment, silver plating, gold plating, and nickel plating.

Suitable for applications such as contactors, switch terminals, and motor terminals.

Manufacturing Capacity:

In-house mold design, stamping capacity of 25-200 tons;

Monthly production capacity of 50,000,000 pieces;

OEM/ODM design customization is acceptable (drawings required);

Free samples of 10-50 pieces are available, and samples can be provided within 25-30 days. Quantity delivery is 7-10 days (including mold lead time).

Brass Stamping Switch Terminals
Manufactured from H59/H62/H65 brass, these stamping terminals offer excellent plasticity and workability, making them one of the most commonly used switch conductors in low-voltage electrical systems.

Advantages of Brass Stamping Terminals:

High mechanical strength and good ductility make them suitable for sockets, relays, and terminal blocks.

It can be electroplated with silver or tin to improve conductivity and oxidation resistance.

Excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

Brass, with a zinc content of 62% to 68%, offers strong plasticity and is suitable for press-forming equipment.

Special brasses (with added elements such as lead, tin, nickel, manganese, iron, and silicon) offer even higher strength and crack resistance.

Brass is a copper-zinc alloy with a golden color. Its excellent workability and corrosion resistance make it widely used in stamping, electrical contacts, and structural component manufacturing. Special brass boasts high hardness, strength, and excellent chemical stability, making it suitable for manufacturing conductive plates, terminals, brackets, and high-precision stamped structural components.
