Rod Forming

The Double Ended Bolt is machined using a precision lathe to ensure the diameter tolerance and straightness of the smooth middle section, with thread machining allowance reserved at both ends.

A double-end thread rolling machine is used to simultaneously machine the threads at both ends. A dedicated mold controls the thread profile and precision. The thread rolling process does not cut the material, preserving the original strength of the thread. For threads of different specifications, a step-by-step thread rolling process is used to ensure that the threads at both ends are formed independently and meet the precision standards.

Precision Straightening

The machined Double Ended Lag Bolt is straightened using a fully automatic straightening machine to eliminate bending deformation caused during processing, controlling the straightness error within the standard range.

Surface Treatment

Depending on the material and customer requirements, surface treatments such as galvanizing, passivation, blackening, and phosphating are performed. After treatment, the surface is cleaned and dried to ensure no residual agents and a uniform coating.
