Silver Rivet Electrical Connections are precision-riveted conductive components designed for new-energy and power-electronics applications. By combining beryllium copper elastic carriers, silver-alloy contacts, and iron armatures through an in-die riveting process, the product line addresses both relay moving springs and switch contact springs. Manufactured on high-speed stamping and automated riveting lines, the one-piece construction eliminates inter-part clearances and delivers robust performance under DC high-voltage as well as frequent make-and-break operations. These features make them ideal for high-power equipment such as energy storage systems, industrial contactors, and power relays.

Product Details
The contact riveting area utilizes the Silver In-Die Riveting Connections process, simultaneously completing contact implantation and riveting within the stamping die, eliminating precision deviations caused by secondary processing.
The finished Riveted Silver Electrical Contacts surface is burr-free and deformation-free, with contact flatness controlled within 0.01mm, ensuring maximum contact area during switching and reducing contact resistance.
An optional In-Mold Silver Riveting Contacts composite structure can be configured to simultaneously bond the silver contacts and the insulating base within the mold, further reducing subsequent assembly steps and improving the assembly efficiency of the final product.
All Rivet Components undergo 100% go/no-go gauge testing, with a riveting pull-out force of no less than 80N, completely eliminating the possibility of contact detachment during transportation and assembly.
