Products Description
AgCuZn Solder Sheet serves as a rigid brazing material for securing electrical connections and contacts. It is widely utilized in switches, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and new energy equipment requiring high-frequency soldering. The sheet is built on a silver-alloy base, reinforced through copper-zinc solid solution strengthening, and supports multiple joining methods, including resistance welding, induction heating, flame brazing, and protective atmosphere furnace brazing.
BAg-series Silver Brazing Alloy is positioned as a carrier of connection reliability-it directly determines the interfacial thermal resistance, mechanical strength, and service life of electrical contact elements.

Excellent Brazing Flow
The silver-copper-zinc ternary alloy system has a moderate solid-liquid phase difference, exhibiting excellent wetting and spreading properties at brazing temperatures. It can uniformly fill the gap between the contact and the substrate, forming a continuous and dense weld, suitable for the high conductivity requirements of Silver Welding Electrical Contacts.
Stable Electrical and Thermal Conductivity
The silver-based composition of the Cadmium-free Silver Solder Sheet ensures high conductivity of the solder, with no significant decrease in conductivity at the weld, meeting the requirements of electrical contact components under high current conditions. It also possesses good thermal conductivity, preventing substrate deformation caused by localised overheating during welding.
