Environmentally Friendly Zinc Electroplating

Plating Thickness
Conventional electroplating thickness: 4–12 μm (economical)
Hot-dip galvanizing thickness: 37–54 μm
Higher corrosion resistance levels can be customized upon request.
Salt Spray Test
According to NSS standards (5% NaCl concentration, pH 6.5–7.2):
Typically 48–96 hours; testing time can be extended depending on the electroplating thickness and customer requirements.
