| The cabinet frame's "corrosion-resistant genes." | For coastal environments with high salt spray or chemical corrosion, we do not use ordinary cold-rolled steel sheets with coatings. Instead, we standardize high-strength aluminum-zinc coated sheets or use marine-grade aluminum alloy profiles for assembly. The aluminum-zinc alloy layer of the coated sheet exhibits a "self-healing effect" at cut edges, protecting the exposed steel substrate from corrosion even after scratches. |
| The main busbar's "creep-resistant alloy." | We abandon high-purity but soft, creep-prone copper. For high-current DC busbars, we use copper-silver alloys or copper-tin alloys with specific proportions. The addition of trace alloying elements significantly improves the fiber optic distribution cabinet's yield strength and stress relaxation resistance under long-term high-temperature operation, ensuring that bolt connections never loosen. |
| The contact connection features an anti-fretting corrosion coating. | All fiber optic cabinets lap surfaces undergo precise tinning or silver plating before assembly, and are coated with a special conductive anti-corrosion grease. Door Connection and Shielding: The cabinet door is connected to the low voltage distribution cabinet via continuous hinges on all four sides. Conductive beryllium copper finger springs or braided copper strips are embedded in the door seams to ensure a continuous electrical shielding circuit with the cabinet body when the door is closed. Electromagnetic compatibility testing has verified that the cabinet's shielding effectiveness in the 30 MHz to 1 GHz frequency band meets Class A standards.
Busbar Support and Insulation: The DC busbar is fixed to the cabinet frame via DMC insulators. The insulators feature a large creepage distance, shed design to increase the surface discharge distance. The busbar support spacing has been optimized through short-circuit electrodynamic calculations; under the maximum expected short-circuit current, the busbar mid-span deflection does not exceed 1/200 of the support spacing.
Arc Extinguishing Vent: The arc extinguishing vent on the top of the Electrical Cable Distribution Box Cabinets is equipped with a stainless steel wire mesh fire arrestor. The mesh density ensures smooth gas discharge while effectively intercepting molten metal particles. The inner wall of the vent channel is coated with an arc-resistant ceramic coating, which can withstand the high-temperature erosion of multiple short-circuit interruptions without peeling.
Cable Inlet Sealing: The cabinet bottom features a modular cable sealing system with variable-diameter rubber sealing modules to accommodate DC power and control cables of different diameters. The sealing frame is made of metal and reliably grounded to the Outdoor Fiber Dustribution Cabinet, preventing grounding faults caused by cable sheath abrasion.
Internal Identification System: Each cable inside the Outdoor fiber optic distribution cabinet has laser-printed identification sleeves at both ends, indicating the circuit number, polarity, and voltage level. Busbar lap bolts are coated with anti-loosening marking paint, allowing maintenance personnel to visually check for changes in tightness.

Production Process: Ending Reliance on Manual Experience with CNC Precision
Laser Flexible Cutting and CNC Punching
All Wall-mounted metal distribution panels are cut using high-power fiber laser machines, resulting in smooth, burr-free cuts (eliminating point discharge) and achieving micron-level positioning of complex bending holes. This ensures that the diagonal error of the assembled cabinet is controlled within a minimal range, achieving an extremely high IP protection rating.
3D CNC Busbar Machining Center
The cutting, drilling, and bending of copper busbars are all completed by robotic arms. Especially for irregular multi-angle bending, the machine ensures a consistent bend radius, avoiding micro-cracks inside the copper busbars and peeling of the surface oxide layer caused by manual bending.
Preset Torque and Anti-Loosening Technology
All bolt connections in conductive circuits abandon traditional pneumatic wrenches, fully utilizing precision digital torque-controlled tools with torque display and angle control functions. Key components utilize a combination of disc spring washers and stainless steel hexagonal flange nuts to ensure precise torque conversion into clamping force, without torque attenuation during long-term thermal expansion and contraction.
Automated wiring harness prefabrication and terminal crimping
Secondary wiring harnesses for the control circuit are prefabricated on a dedicated template, employing cold crimping instead of hot soldering. This avoids the risk of poor soldering in vibration environments, resulting in straight, neat wiring, resembling a work of art.
