Rivet Contact Components
Products Description
The Rivet Contact Component is not simply a packaged "contact + bracket" sold together, but a pre-optimized system based on kinematic simulation and tolerance chain calculation. Its core features lie in the standardization of interfaces and the black-box nature of its internal components:
Internal Black Box: The riveting or welding process between the contact and the bracket, the preload setting of the elastic element, and the initial position calibration of the contact are all completed in a cleanroom using automated equipment. Process parameters (riveting force curve, welding energy, and preload displacement) are recorded and linked to batch traceability codes.
Standard Interfaces: Externally, it retains three standard interfaces: mechanical mounting holes, electrical connection terminals, and drive interfaces. Dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring "plug-and-play" compatibility with your magnetic circuit system, housing, and guide rails.
The revolutionary nature of this design philosophy lies in absorbing system-level fit tolerances internally within the component, releasing a simple and reliable installation interface externally.

Design Philosophy and Engineering Advantages: Forward-Looking Design Born for Integration
| Assembly-Oriented Design | Design Depth: The geometry of the components is inherently optimized for your automated assembly lines. We offer a variety of features that facilitate robot gripping and positioning, including guide bosses, positioning holes, and self-aligning structures. This significantly reduces the difficulty of commissioning and the failure rate of your production line, while improving assembly speed and yield. |
| Functionally Integrated Structural Innovation | Design Depth: We break through the traditional simple combination of "rivets + brackets." For example, in applications requiring high flexibility, we design a portion of the bracket as an integrated spring arm, eliminating the need for additional spring installation and improving the reliability and consistency of movement. In scenarios requiring high current paths, we use irregularly shaped conductive brackets, increasing the effective cross-sectional area and heat dissipation surface area to simultaneously improve current-carrying capacity and heat dissipation efficiency. |
| Virtual Verification-Driven Reliability | Design Depth: Before mold development, we used finite element analysis to simulate the stress distribution, thermal field distribution, and electromagnetic field conditions of the Electrical Spring Contacts during riveting, insertion, and power-on processes. Through iterative optimization, we predicted and eliminated potential stress concentration points, thermal bottlenecks, and electromagnetic interference risks in the virtual world, ensuring that the physical component possesses inherent high reliability from the outset. |
