Copper Bar Silver Contact Attachment
Products Description

Our Copper Bar Silver Contact Attachment combines cutting-edge manufacturing technology and advanced welding principles to ensure superior performance in every product. We employ high-precision welding equipment and an intelligent quality inspection system to precisely control every step of the welding process, from temperature control to solder quality inspection, thereby guaranteeing the stability and reliability of the solder joints. Simultaneously, the precision automated assembly system and advanced temperature control system improve production efficiency and ensure component consistency and high-quality standards.
Welding principle of the product
Current Heating Welding Principle: Electric Resistance Welding Silver Contact adopts the current heating principle. By passing electricity between the contact and the substrate, the current generates heat through the solder, causing the solder to quickly reach the melting temperature. During the melting process, the solder wets the contact and substrate surfaces to achieve a good bond. After the solder cools, a solid weld joint is formed, ensuring the electrical connection stability and mechanical strength of the contact assembly.
Melting Welding Principle: The melting welding principle uses the melting point of the solder to be lower than the melting point of the contact and substrate to make a connection. During the welding process, the solder melts under heat and flows into the contact area, filling the gap between the contact and the substrate. After cooling, the solder solidifies and forms a solid bond with the contact and substrate. This method ensures high strength and high conductivity of the weld while avoiding overheating damage to the contact and substrate.

High-quality materials
| Selection of high-quality silver materials | We are well aware that materials are the foundation of Brazing Silver to Copper product quality. Therefore, in the selection of silver contacts, we strictly follow industry standards and select high-purity silver as contact materials. High-purity silver not only ensures excellent conductivity, reduces heat loss and energy consumption caused by excessive resistance, but also improves the contact's resistance to arc erosion and extends its service life. |
| Alloying optimization | To further improve the comprehensive performance of Brazing Silver Electrical Contacts, we use advanced alloying technology to incorporate appropriate amounts of other metal elements (such as copper, nickel, cadmium, etc.) into silver to form a silver alloy with a specific ratio. These alloy elements effectively improve the hardness, wear resistance, and resistance to welding of the contacts while maintaining the high conductivity of silver, so that the contacts can still maintain stable performance in high-frequency and high-current working environments. |
