This Precision Silver Contact Welding is a disc-shaped welded button contact element made from silver-based composite materials using a solid-state fusion welding and vacuum brazing integrated process. This component is not an independent, isolated accessory, but rather a system-level collaborative component within the entire power control circuit. Relying on standardized dimensions and stable conductivity and arc resistance, it connects the main control unit, mechanical actuator, and line terminals in series for electrical pathways.
In the multi-level power distribution architecture of large-scale new energy storage systems, wind power converter systems, and vehicle power management systems, Electrical Contact Sheets undertake the basic functions of load switching, fault circuit interruption, and normal current conduction. Relying on the performance stability of the hardware layer, they reduce the operation and maintenance failure rate and downtime risk of the entire new energy system.
Product Details and Features
Working Surface
Smooth and dense silver alloy welded surface, free from welding defects such as porosity, slag inclusions, and cracks. The static contact resistance of the Contact Bridge is uniform and stable.
Side Cylindrical Surface
Precision-machined. The dimensional tolerances of the Brazed Composite Rivet Electrical Contacts are strictly controlled. The interference fit is uniform when press-fitted into the relay base, preventing assembly loosening.
Back Base Surface
Flat base material with a welded bottom surface, compatible with various Contact Tip Welding processes. The weld fusion area is uniform and firm, eliminating the risk of incomplete welds or detachment.
Optional recessed structure
The recessed model shown in the picture can be adapted to a spring plate limiting assembly, while the flat model can be adapted to a flat terminal welding installation. Both forms cover the internal assembly solutions of most new energy relays.

Manufacturing Process
1. Material Preparation
Brazed Contact on Terminal uses high-purity silver ingots and alloying elements (Ni, Sn, Cu, ZnO, etc.), which are smelted, cast, extruded, and drawn into wires or plates of the required diameter. Key control indicators include chemical composition uniformity, oxygen content (≤10⁻⁶), and internal defect control.
2. Forming
The silver alloy material is formed into the required shape of the Welding Button Contact using cold heading or precision stamping processes. For irregularly shaped structures, a multi-station cold heading machine is used for one-time forming to ensure dimensional accuracy.
3. Welding
The contact tip welded to the base material is welded using resistance welding. Welding parameters (current, pressure, time) are precisely set based on the material combination and workpiece dimensions to ensure sufficient fusion and no excessive heat effect in the weld area.
4. Post-processing
After welding, the Silver Button undergoes stress-relieving annealing, surface cleaning, or anti-oxidation treatment according to product requirements.
5. Inspection
