1. Beryllium Copper (BeCu) Spring Matrix
We use high-quality C17200/C17500 series beryllium copper materials, whose core advantages include:
High Strength and High Elasticity: After precision aging heat treatment, the tensile strength can reach over 1100 MPa, ensuring consistent operation and long-term elastic recovery.
Excellent Conductivity: Compared to ordinary phosphor bronze or brass materials, BeCu maintains strength while retaining good electrical conductivity.

High-Precision Stamping Process
Utilizing high-speed precision stamping presses (60-200 ton class), combined with progressive die and compound die designs, ensures stable part dimensional accuracy (tolerance controllable within ±0.01mm).
Die design is developed in-house, enabling complex geometries and multi-segment bending designs to meet diverse assembly space and mechanical requirements.
Surface treatment options include silver plating, nickel plating, and tin plating, effectively improving conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Silver Contact Riveting/Welding Technology
Equipped with automatic riveting machines and resistance welding machines for precise positioning and pressure control, ensuring a strong and smooth connection between the contacts and springs.
