Material Selection and Pre-treatment

Based on the application scenario, we precisely select DT4 electric pure iron, low-silicon or high-silicon steel sheets. All electromagnet cores undergo rigorous composition analysis and magnetic performance sampling before being put into production.

 
 

Precision Stamping and Lamination

Using high-precision moulds, the silicon steel sheets are stamped into the required shapes (such as E-type, I-type, U-type). The stamped sheets are then stacked on a fully automated lamination machine with extremely high pressure and positioning precision, and firmly formed by riveting or welding to ensure tightness and no looseness between the sheets.

 
 

Critical Annealing Treatment

This is the "soul" process that determines the soft magnetic properties. We place the laminated iron core in a continuous annealing furnace or vacuum furnace for heat treatment under precisely controlled temperature profiles and a protective atmosphere. This process eliminates stamping stress, refines grains, restores, and maximises the material's magnetic permeability, while reducing coercivity.

 
 

Precision Machining and Surface Treatment

High-precision grinding is performed on key mating surfaces (such as air gap surfaces and mounting surfaces) to ensure dimensional and geometric tolerances. Finally, surface treatments such as steam bluing, electroplating, or coating with insulating varnish are applied as needed to enhance rust resistance and insulation performance.
