Made from high-strength 6061/5052 aluminum alloy, it undergoes a nine-step progressive die precision stretching process followed by automated ultrasonic cleaning and passivation.
Product Features:
High thermal conductivity and excellent sealing performance, with an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.
Precise dimensional control (±0.05 mm), compatible with mainstream prismatic energy storage cells.
Customizable heat dissipation channels, threaded holes, and insulation slots according to customer drawings.
Applications:
Widely used in prismatic energy storage cell modules, electric vehicle power battery packs, and industrial and commercial energy storage units.
Lithium Battery Cover Plate (Battery Cover Plate)
Made using a progressive die stamping process followed by spot welding, laser welding, and in-mold injection molding, it utilizes a highly conductive aluminum alloy base. Product Advantages:
Integrated current confluence design provides low contact resistance.
Combined with explosion-proof valves, insulating washers, and terminal weldments, it effectively ensures system safety.
Optional passivation or anodizing treatments enhance corrosion resistance.
Compatible with mainstream brand cell sizes (EVE, CATL, REPT, etc.).

Originally sourced from renowned Chinese battery brands, such as Shenzhen EVE or Fujian Longking, the module is composed of multiple highly consistent cells and equipped with a battery management system (BMS) and a metal protective frame.
