Ergonomic Design
The knurled Jam Nut features a straight-knurled design with parallel knurling at a pitch of 0.5-1.0mm. Manufacturing Process
Cold Forging

Knurling
High-precision knurling tools are used to press straight lines onto the surface, with the texture depth controlled between 0.1-0.3mm, balancing friction and appearance.
Heat Treatment
Knurled Bolt Nuts undergo quenching and tempering to ensure wear resistance.
Surface Treatment
Knurled Brass Nuts retain their original color or are polished; steel nuts are available with galvanizing (salt spray test ≥48 hours) or Dacromet coating.
