Structural Characteristics

The width and thickness of the hexagonal facets are greater than standard hexagonal nuts, achieving a thread precision of 6H grade, resulting in deeper engagement and effectively dispersing tightening stress, preventing bolt stripping and Standard Hex Nut deformation.

Functional Adaptability

Supports precise preload control, compatible with torque wrenches, hydraulic tightening tools, and other professional equipment, and can be stably applied in high-pressure, heavy-load, and high-frequency vibration conditions.

Surface Finish

The galvanized Finished Hex Nut offers excellent rust resistance, while the blackened version combines wear resistance and aesthetics, meeting the protection needs of different environments.

Hex Lock Nuts cover common thread sizes from M6 to M36, compatible with GB, ASME, and DIN bolts, and suitable for equipment assembly using multiple standards.

Self-locking Nut

Low-carbon alloy steel	This is the most commonly used material for manufacturing high-strength Self-locking Nuts. Through subsequent heat treatment, extremely high strength and a good balance of toughness can be achieved.
Medium Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel	For applications requiring good overall performance but not extremely high strength, we use high-quality medium carbon steel. In environments demanding superior corrosion resistance, we offer Standard Hex Nuts made of austenitic or duplex stainless steel, whose strength can also be enhanced through cold working or heat treatment.
Special Alloys	For extreme environments such as high temperature, low temperature, or strong corrosion, we can provide ODM production according to customer needs, ensuring finished hex nuts meet the requirements of high-end fields such as aerospace, nuclear power, and deep-sea applications.
