Nine-Layer Surface Treatment Process
We employ an advanced "pre-treatment - phosphating - electrostatic spraying - high-temperature curing" process. Especially in the pre-treatment process, we use multiple chemical cleaning steps to ensure that the adhesion between the powder coating and the steel reaches automotive-grade standards, ensuring soundproof server rack will not rust or peel for ten years, remaining as strong as ever even in harsh environments.
