High Corrosion-Resistant Housing

High Conductivity Busbars
Internal busbars are all made of T2 copper, with a copper content of ≥99.95%. The busbar surface is fully tin-plated, which effectively reduces contact resistance and prevents electrochemical corrosion.
High-Temperature Resistant Insulation Components
All support Fused Distribution Cabinets and insulators are made of flame-retardant SMC composite material or high-performance DMC plastic, possessing extremely high electrical strength and creepage resistance.
Sealing System
Employing field-applied foamed adhesive (FIPFG) technology, the sealing strip fits seamlessly with the Exterior Distribution Cabinet, providing an anti-aging lifespan of over 15 years.

| User-Friendly Wiring Channels | Vertical cable trays with a depth of ≥50mm are pre-installed on both sides of the DC Distribution Cabinet. All outgoing terminals point towards the cabinet door, eliminating the need to disassemble internal components for wiring operations. Maintenance personnel can complete all wiring and testing from the front. |
| Heat Dissipation and Anti-Condensation Design | The high-current Data Distribution Cabinet features forced ventilation louvers on the top (optional axial fan with temperature-controlled start), and an air inlet at the bottom covered with a stainless steel dust filter. The outdoor cabinet's inner wall is lined with flame-retardant insulation cotton, and a constant-temperature heater (PTC) is used to prevent condensation inside the cabinet during winter, which could lead to insulation degradation. |
| Identification and Traceability | Each Electric distribution cabinets is permanently affixed with an electrical schematic and terminal number diagram before leaving the factory. All internal circuits, terminals, and cables are marked with unique identification numbers that correspond one-to-one with the drawings.
