Main Functions

 

Main Cable Distribution and Transfer As an intermediate node in the power distribution system, the fiber optic distribution cabinet distributes large-section main cables from transformers or upstream distribution cabinets to multiple branch circuits. Electrical transitions are achieved through busbars or branch terminals, reducing redundant cable laying and the number of joints.
Orderly Management of Branch Cables The cable compartment provides physical space for a large number of incoming and outgoing cables. Layered supports and cable ties allow for the categorization and fixing of power and control lines, maintaining a neat and orderly wiring layout, facilitating later fault diagnosis and circuit identification.
Integrated Installation of Electrical Equipment The equipment compartment houses circuit breakers, disconnect switches, fuses, surge protectors, and measuring instruments, providing overload, short-circuit, and ground fault protection for each branch circuit. A standardized DIN rail mounting system supports rapid component replacement and expansion.
Mechanical Protection and Sealing of Cables The high distribution cabinet housing and sealing system provides dustproof, waterproof, and foreign object intrusion protection for internal cables and electrical components; the cable gland at the cable entry point clamps the cable sheath to prevent tensile and torsional stress from being transmitted to the terminal connection points.
Grounding and Shielding Management The low voltage distribution cabinet grounding system provides reliable equipotential bonding for the cable shielding layer, armor layer, and equipment protective grounding, reducing the threat of lightning-induced overvoltages and operational overvoltages to sensitive equipment, while also suppressing electromagnetic interference coupling into the control circuit.

Flexible transition with a grounding braided strip

The grounding connection between the door panel and the Electrical Cable Distribution Box Cabinets uses a wide tinned copper braided strip, rather than a simple single yellow-green wire. Its low impedance characteristics ensure rapid discharge of leakage current and provide extremely high fatigue fracture life when the door panel is frequently opened and closed.
