Manufacturing Process: Stringent Precision Control Procedures
Pre-treatment
Multiple ultrasonic cleaning and sandblasting/phosphating processes thoroughly remove grease and oxide layers from the metal surface, establishing extremely strong intermolecular bonding anchors.
Electrostatic Spraying
In a controlled, dust-free environment, high-voltage electrostatics uniformly adsorb powder particles. Digitally controlled voltage and spraying distance ensure uniform coating thickness.
Curing Process
