Refined Production Process: Every Step Meets Stringent Power-Grade Standards

 

 

1. Customized Solution Confirmation: In-depth collaboration with clients to clarify product current ratings, dimensions, surface treatment types, installation methods, and application scenarios, completing structural design and process planning.

2. High-Purity Solid Copper Substrate Selection: High-purity electrolytic copper ingots conforming to standards are selected. Copper purity and impurity content are tested using a spectrometer to ensure conductivity ≥99.9%, while also testing substrate density and mechanical properties.

3. Solid Copper Forming: Copper ingots are extruded into solid copper rods/plates using continuous extrusion equipment, followed by precision straightening and cutting to obtain basic blanks, ensuring uniform dimensions and a smooth surface.

4. Precision Machining: Based on the design scheme, the Copper Battery Bus Bar is precisely machined using CNC cutting, bending, drilling, and other processes. Simultaneously, details such as hole chamfering and edge trimming are completed to ensure dimensional accuracy and installation compatibility.

5. Surface Treatment: Surface treatments are performed according to requirements: bare copper products undergo degreasing, cleaning, and passivation; nickel-plated products undergo pretreatment followed by cyanide-free electroplating; zinc-plated products undergo pretreatment followed by hot-dip galvanizing or electroplating.

6. Post-Surface Quality Treatment: Surface-treated products are ground and polished to remove surface imperfections; bare BusBar High Voltages undergo additional anti-oxidation protection treatment to improve their oxidation resistance during short-term storage and initial use.

1 High Conductivity Solid Structure
The product is made from high-purity electrolytic copper through continuous extrusion or drawing, resulting in extremely high density and no internal voids or bubbles. 2 Three Surface Protection States

Bare Copper: Displays the original purplish-red luster of the metal. It has the lowest contact resistance but is prone to oxidation in air. Suitable for short-term projects or as a substrate for further processing (such as dip coating, cladding).

Nickel-plated Copper: Surface exhibits a silvery-white metallic luster. The nickel layer is dense, hard, and has extremely high chemical stability.

Zinc-plated Copper: Surface is bluish-gray or bright white. The zinc layer serves as a sacrificial anodic protection layer, specifically designed to withstand industrial atmospheric environments.
