Metal Body Forming Stage

Cold Forging Process

A multi-station cold heading machine is used to sequentially complete the stamping, bending, and drilling processes of the Screw on Terminals clamp body. The processing error at each station is controlled within ±0.05mm to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the clamp.

Wire Clamp Spring Machining

The springs inside the clamp are machined separately. After stamping, they undergo aging treatment to improve the elasticity and fatigue strength of the springs, ensuring the long-term stable preload of the M5 Electrical Crimping Frame.

Spring Assembly and Adjustment

The springs are embedded in the cold-forged wire clamp body. A specialized fixture is used to adjust the spring preload, ensuring stable contact pressure after the wire is connected.

Full Inspection of Body Dimensions

The formed metal body undergoes a full inspection, including the clamp opening size, screw hole position accuracy, and mounting foot size. Non-standard Wire Frames that do not meet the requirements are directly rejected.
